Arkansas Chihuahua Rescue's mission statement: To rescue abandoned, abused, unwanted, lost, neglected, injured or shelter Chihauhuas by rehabilitating and providing medical care, spay/neutering and to place these Chihuahuas in loving, caring, forever homes.
Arkansas Chihuahua Rescue is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization, primarily funded by donations.

Most people have a misconception that Chihuahuas are mean and unsocialized or big yappers. Although this can be true for neglected and abused Chihuahuas, It's not true for the breed as a whole. Chihuahuas can make wonderful loving companions. Please consider adopting a rescue Chihuahua.
Arkansas is currently experiencing an overpopulation of Chihuahuas. The shelters across the state are full of Chihuahuas. Arkansas Chihuahua Rescue will be seeking a grant from the APSCA .
